5th Grade Camp Seymour 2017-2018

Camp Dates:  October 11 - 13, 2017

**students will be returning to Sherman Elementary on Friday, October 13th at **students will be returning to Sherman Elementary on Friday, October 13th at 1:15pm.  Please make arrangements to pick up your child directly upon their return from camp.

 

Please contact your 5th Grade teacher if you have any questions regarding 5th Grade Camp.  Payment and balance due information can be directed to the office.

 

Below you will find the following documents in regards to camp:

1.  Parent letter from teacher -- key dates and times are included in this letter!

2.  Parent/Guardian Consent Form (this form must be signed by parent/guardian and submitted to teacher prior to field trip)

3.  Participation Agreement/Release of Liability Form (this form must be signed by parent/guardian and submitted to teacher prior to field trip)

4.  Packing List
