Thrive at Jason Lee

Moving ignites learning. Thrive at Jason Lee is a new innovative school using brain science research to combine fitness, education and health to improve student achievement. Classrooms are active, rigorous and fun places to learn. Thrive will welcome 6th grade students beginning in the 2017-2018 school year.

Admissions and enrollment applications for the 2018-2019 school year will open in October 2017.

Watch how getting students moving, can change their academic success.

Up Coming Information nights will give students and parents a chance to meet the principal and teachers and gain a fuller understanding of Thrive. In the inaugural year Thrive will have seats for 90 sixth grade students and add a grade level each year.

Project-based learning and AVID are the foundation of Thrive's educational approach. Project-based learning helps ignite student interest and improve their understanding while encouraging ownership of their education. And through AVID students learn organizational and study skills, develop critical thinking, learn to ask probing questions, receive academic help from peers and college tutors, and participate in enrichment and motivational activities to make their college dreams reality.
