  • Miniterm Registration Continues TODAY! Register for a miniterm class by clicking here. 
    • Register by typing in your STUDENT ID at the top of the registration form. You can submit mutliple registrations, we will take the most recent registration submission. 
    • Register for 5 DIFFERENT classes. If you register for the same class for all 5, you will most likely not get placed in that class. We work to make sure you have at least one of your top 5 choices
    • Make sure to pay attention to which campus the miniterm class is at. 
  • Class breakouts are today! 
    • Freshman - Head to the Pagoda
    • Sophomores - Head to the PRL
    • Juniors - Head to the Portables
    • Seniors - Head to Moffett's Room
  • AP Comp Sci students need to register for the AP Exam with Boutell. Please check to make sure you need to register. 
  • Mentors! Please take a group photo of your MPG and e-mail to Dave Mylet for the yearbook. Even if you're group isn't at its most photogenic, just get me a pic today and you can get me a better one later. ​
  • The SPOT Returns! Tuesday's after school (3:30-5:00) in the TIME portable. Stop by for help/tutoring in any class. Sponsored by Brothas253!​ Check the IDEA College Board in the HUB for upcoming College Visits and resources.
  • Picture retake day is today! If you missed having your picture taken last year for your ID Card or the yearbook, go to the OBS00 portable to get it done today! 
  • SOTA is having a GAME NIGHT next Thursday, November 20 from 5-8 pm at Club Sota (1119 S Broadway). Admission is $5 or free with an ASB card. IDEA gets the profits from IDEA students who attend!!!

  • Information Nights start October 9 for the Class of 2024. We need volunteers to help with admissions from information nights to campus conversations. Talk to Zach if you want to volunteer. 
  • Do you like riding bicycles? Or do you want to learn how? Then Bike Club is for you! Riders of all skill levels are welcome. We provide bikes, helmets, snacks, and everything else you need to have fun on a bike. Bike Club starts today, September 27, from 3:30 to 6:00, meeting in the bike shop/kitchen.

  • Picture Day is October 4. You will receive order forms in mentor group today. Ask Colleen at the front desk if you did not recieve one. 
  • Information Nights start October 9 for the Class of 2024. We need volunteers to help with admissions from information nights to campus conversations. Talk to Zach if you want to volunteer. 
  • Next Friday is class breakouts instead of A&A. Locations are below:

    • Sophomores - Product Realization Lab 
    • Juniors - Fabrication Lab FBL 
    • Seniors - 2nd Floor

  • Check out transportation page​ for updates on bus schedules, parking at the IDEA campus. ​Please make sure you are not parking in front of neighbors houses. You can park all around the school property, but not in front of neighbors houses. 
  • Picture day is Friday, October 4th. You can pick up order forms in the office starting next Friday
  • If you know an 8th grader interested in applying to IDEA for the class of 2024, information nights start at each of the middle schools the first week in October. Let them know! 
  • Next Friday is class breakouts instead of A&A. Locations of the breakouts will be announced during mentor group next week.

  • Make sure to get your copy of the mentor manual today and fill out the mentee snapshot online.​
  • All schedule changes must go through your mentor who can then submit them to Higgins or Zach for review via email. The only exception would be if you do not have a class scheduled in one of your 8 periods yet. 
  • Please check out our transportation page​ for important updates regarding school busses, parking on campus and ORCA cards. 
  • Tech Club Enthusiasts - Tech Club (aka 63 6c 75 62) will have an informative meeting during lunch today in Peter’s room (CDS02). If you are interested in designing & building amazing things to make IDEA more awesome, please attend!​
