December 21, 2018
  • Today is the last day of Fall Semester. There will be no school for the next two weeks from 12/22/18 - 1/06/19. Miniterm starts on 1/07/19 and students should return from break to their miniterm location on Monday, 1/07.
  • We are working on getting all Spring semester schedules to students. If you have a student that wants to be a Bridge or in TIME class next semester, please have them fill out this form. We are still working on filling in missing holes and correcting second semester schedules. They will be up to date in HAC by miniterm. Any changes that need to be requested by students can be made online via the schedule change request form on the left. This link will be made active once all changes are made on our end, by the start of miniterm on 1/7.

  • IDEAvoice ASB Core Elections are today.
    • You can find the video IDEAvoice Elections 2019.mp4 under the ASB channel in TEAMS. it is just over 6 minutes.
    • This is the link to the online election portal: http://bit.ly/IDEAvoice2019 Please write it on your white boards.
    • Instructions are built in but students will use their Student ID # and last name (legal and lower case) to log in. The ballot opens at 10:30 and closes at 4:00 today. Please encourage all students to participate. Last year we had 57%.
  • Next week is the last week of our term. We return from break on Monday the 7th of January (this is later than the rest of the district). We enter into Mini-term...
  • Help to ensure that students know how they will get to their mini-term placement. Your answer to students about changing their mini-term is fundamentally "no". Please explain to them that we work hard to provide opportunities for choice. Of the LARGE selection of mini-term classes they were guaranteed one of their top five choices. The only conversation to have is one where this did not happen (we have the data to disprove the claim in most cases).
  • Keep in mind that Ultimate Friday is coming up next week. Check in with your students about what they will be involved with.
  • We are working on getting all Spring semester schedules to students by Friday, December 21. If you have a student that wants to be a Bridge or in TIME class next semester, please have them fill out this form:
