Parent & Family Partners in Education Virtual Gatherings
Our Community Partnership Office hosts a monthly virtual gathering for parents and families to discuss important education and youth hot topics with experts and spotlight TPS tools and community programs tools to help their students succeed.
Your Voice Matters! Attend a session, ask questions, give feedback and make suggestions on topics for future meetings!
For many students, attending a two- or four-year college, university, or vocational school is a crucial next step on their path to fulfilling their career and life dreams. If you want to help your child meet their higher education goals, join us on our annual College Tours for Families, April 11 - April 27.
Tacoma Public Schools’ Community Partnership Office sponsors tours of seven outstanding local colleges. Each visit includes a customized tour and presentation from college staff on the admissions process, financial aid, scholarships, and college life unique to each school.
