Summer Late Night Field Trip

Friday, August 16, 4:00-11:00 pm
Tacoma Rainiers vs Sugar Land

Join us for the Summer Late Night program at a free Rainiers game on August 16. 

Field trip includes:

  • Free tickets to the game
  • Free transportation to and from the stadium
  • Free swag to rock at the game
  • Free food to keep you fueled
  • And a fireworks show to cap off the night!

The field trip is free, but students need to pre-register. Spots are limited.

Please note that all 12 Summer Late Night sites will be closed on Friday, August 16, as our staff will be dedicated to supporting the field trip.

Who will throw the first pitch? Bring a friend to Summer Late Nights to be entered in a raffle to throw out the first pitch. The raffle winner will be chosen by a random drawing. Ask your site lead for more information!

Summer Late Nights is a drop-in program that students can attend as often as they like. Students can drop in at the site nearest their home or the site that's most convenient for the summer. Parents/guardians are encouraged to register their child online on the Compass/Family App.

This is a community effort. TPS continues to be grateful for the support of our partners such as the City of Tacoma, Metro Parks Tacoma, YMCA-Pierce & Kitsap Counties, Greentrike, Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound, Foundation for Tacoma Students, and so many more.

When: Monday-Friday, 5-10 p.m., June 24-Aug. 30, 2024. The program is closed July 4 and 5. 

Where: Schools, community centers and other sites across Tacoma. Students can drop in at the site nearest to their home or the site most convenient to them:
