Schools: Baker, First Creek, Giaudrone, Gray, Hilltop Heritage, Hunt, Mason, Meeker, Stewart and Truman
Program Date: August 25, 2026 
Time: 8:30-12:00 p.m.
Meals: Breakfast 8:30 a.m. - Lunch 11:45 a.m. 
Transportation: Will be provided from the school’s elementary feeder locations. Route times will be posted in July 2026.

Complete the 2026 6th Grade Jump Start RSVP

6th grade Jump Start helps students transition smoothly into the academic and social environment of middle school. It provides support in academics, social integration and the practical skills necessary for success in middle school.

During Jump Start, students will get help finding their classrooms, understanding school procedures and connecting with peers and teachers.

The goal of Jump Start is to ease the transition from elementary to middle school, fostering confidence and readiness for the challenges of sixth grade and beyond.

Students are automatically enrolled for Jump Start when they enroll in middle school.
