Lowell Elementary Replacement Project
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Lowell was built in 1949. It is currently under a complete rebuild with Korsmo Construction, designed by BCRA.
While their school is under construction, Lowell students will attend school in the former Skyline Elementary building. (The new Skyline will be rebuilt as part of the 2020 bond and will open in 2022. At that time, the former Skyline will open for use as a swing site to house students whose school is under construction.)
This project is funded by the $535 million school construction bond voters passed in 2020.
