ABOUT THE PROJECT
Originally constructed in 1912 as an elementary school, Oakland Secondary School is now 108 years old and on the City of Tacoma's register of historic places. During its remodel, the outside will remain intact while the inside will be improved.
Opening: September 2025
This project is funded by the $535 million school construction bond voters passed in 2020.
