Arlington Elementary School Replacement

Arlington Elementary sits on a 5.9-acre site in South Tacoma. The new school is approximately 54,000 square feet, compared with the original 38,000-square-foot building. Features include a library that also serves as the school's commons area and a community space, and courtyards adjacent to its classrooms. The playground incorporates students' favorite grassy hill into its play spaces.
