Child Nutrition Eligibility and Education Benefit (CNEEB) Application
The CNEEB application is important because it unlocks benefits for families and schools. We ask that this form be completed by October 1 in order for schools to receive their benefits.
Benefits for Families
This application may reduce or eliminate fees for:
- Athletics participation and uniforms
- ASB
- Before and after school programs
- Classroom or library books
- Musical instrument rentals
- Technology fines
- College applications or tests
This application also determines eligibility for the College Bound scholarship, which is free public college tuition.
Benefits for Schools
Your child’s school may also get additional resources for students because it:
- Identifies which schools need additional staffing or resources
- Qualifies school or the district for federal, state, and local grants
These resources fund things like before- and after-school programs, school counselors, health and wellness services, and classroom resources.
