Under District Policies and Regulations prohibiting sexual harassment of students (Policy/Regulation 3215), sexual harassment is defined as unwelcome conduct or communication of a sexual nature. Sexual harassment can occur adult to student or student to student and may be carried out by an individual or a group. The District’s policies and regulations prohibiting sexual harassment apply to students, employees, volunteers, and third parties involved in school district activities, including during school sponsored activities occurring off campus.
