The board recognizes that there exist many patrons who may wish to express their support of student scholarship and provide resources for student aid purposes. In support of such wishes, the board may accept, receive and administer such gifts, grants, conveyances, devises and bequests of personal or real property in trust or otherwise for the benefit of the school district and its students.
