5215 - Assignment and Transfer of Certificated Supervisory Staff

The Board of Directors shall approve the initial hiring or promotion of certificated supervisory staff. The Superintendent shall have the authority to transfer certificated supervisory staff within the district, consistent with the best interests of the educational program of the district and consistent with provisions of Washington law and regulation as well as collective bargaining agreements as appropriate.
