Policy No. 2255

The board of directors of the Tacoma School District No. 10 recognizes the need to provide alternative learning experiences programs designed to meet the individual needs of students. Such learning experiences may take place either at the school or in other parts of the community.

The curriculum and course requirements for any such program must be approved by the district pursuant to the policy.

The superintendent is authorized to develop and implement the necessary regulations for the administration of this policy.
