Get ready for TPS school spirit day Sept. 24

Schools are known for having fun and engaging spirit and theme days that excite studentsIn the 2021-2022 school year there will be monthly district-wide spirit days.

The first spirit day will be Friday, Sept. 24 with theme of school spirit. Students and staff are encouraged to wear school logo gear or school colors.

By coming together across the district, we can have some fun and strengthen our TPS community, because together we are better.

School spirit day schedule:

  • Friday, September 24 
    • School Spirit Day: Staff and students wear their school or the district logo wear or school colors.
  • Friday, October 22     
    • Superhero Day: Staff and students come dressed as their favorite superheroes or wear superhero t-shirts.
  • Friday, November 19 
    • College or Career Day: Staff and students can wear gear from their favorite college or gear for a career admire.
  • Friday, January 28     
    • Wacky Sock Day: Staff and students break out the wacky or mis-matched socks.
  • Friday, February 25   
    • Give-back day: Rather than dressing silly, this day we come together for a cause. This could be a drive to gather goods or a chance to raise money for the TPS Help-a-Student fund.
  • Friday, March 25       
    • Athletics Day: Staff and students wear their favorite team apparel. It can be for a professional team, a school team or even a club league.
  • Friday, April 22         
    • Music Day: Staff and students can wear t-shirts representing their favorite bands or dress like their favorite musician.
  • Friday, May 20          
    • Tie-dye Day: Staff and students wear anything tie-dyed.
  • Friday, June 10          
    • School Spirit Day: Staff and students wear their school or the district logo wear or school colors.
