February 10, 2026 Election

Thank you, voters, for supporting our schools!
In the Feb. 10 election, voters resoundingly approved Propositions 1 and 2, replacement measures that maintain safe neighborhood schools where students from every background have access to a high-quality education, technology and academic programs.

Election results now show Prop. 1 passing with a 70.8% “yes” vote and Prop. 2 passing with 69.6% “yes” vote. 

Our community has a long-standing history of supporting schools and, the Tacoma Public Schools team is extraordinarily grateful for that support. 

 

Replacements of two expiring levies to support EVERY student

Propositions 1 and 2 would maintain safe neighborhood schools where students from every background have access to a high-quality education, technology and academic programs that prepare them for post-secondary success.
