The Culminating Project helps students to demonstrate their learning and provides an opportunity to explore an area of interest.
The Culminating Project is composed of the following four parts:
- The Paper—an 8 to 12 page research-based research essay
- The Project—30 hours of work in a field of interest
- The Portfolio—a compilation of work related to the paper and project
- The Presentation—an 8 to 10 minute presentation, discussing the paper, project, and the student’s reflection
