Public hearing to surplus property and the sales of school district property under RCW 28A.335.120
The School Board of Tacoma School District No. 10 will hold a public hearing on Feb. 10 to take testimony on a proposal to declare as surplus the following real properties commonly known as:
Willard Site (1.9 acres)
3201 S. “D” St., Tacoma, WA

Cirque and Alameda Site (15 acres)
SE corner of Cirque and Alameda, Tacoma, WA

Camp Joshua Taylor (20 acres)

Please note: The public hearing location has been changed. It will be held in the Tacoma City Council Chambers on the first floor of the Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market St., Tacoma.
The School Board will receive public comment and, following the hearing, may take action authorizing the surplus of the above described parcel pursuant to RCW 28A.335.
