Lashelle Dralle's class makes a difference

Fourth graders from Lister Elementary School are helping others while they help themselves this school year by participating in the Scholastic Book Clubs’ Classrooms Care program. This fall, students from Lashelle Dralle’s classroom, along with classrooms all across the country, read 100 books; and, in turn, Scholastic Book Clubs donated one million new books to disadvantaged children nationwide. Each year, students and teachers alike are pleased to take part in this adventure to give books to children who otherwise might have none.
