Student Information Support

The main mission of the Student System Support staff is ……….

  • To provide informational support regarding student records and  data
  • To provide outstanding customer service for community and staff
  • To provide information to the state
  • To provide student information system security
  • To provide consistent and accurate reporting
  • To assist in disaster recovery planning & preparation

The Student Information staff provides support to all district administrators and staff regarding the use of the district’s Student Information System. They provide specialized data extracting and reporting services to assist district administrators in responding to data requests in support of staffing, budgeting, enrollment services, optional enrollment, etc.

The staff works directly with school building staff in assisting with the needs of the individualized locations for enrollment, scheduling, reporting, etc. Wherever possible the student information team will assist schools in meeting new educational requirements.

The Student Information Support staff provides individual and group training on the various features and modules of the Student Information System. They have and continue to furnish “Quick Reference” material and documentation to assist the staff in the various processes within the system. When new features are added to the system this team of staff will ensure the functionality of the system and work directly with the schools in troubleshooting problems. The team makes recommendations regarding resolution of problems and ensures the operational procedures are in compliance with state and federal reporting guidelines. This team is consistently working on various projects to improve the functionality of the Student Information System to better provide information to the district and staff.

This team of staff provides experience and expertise in the functionality of the Student Information System while also providing quality customer service. Their knowledge of the information provided within the Student Information System empowers them to be a great resource in providing information to all levels of the district when needed.
