Data Network Infrastructure (Wired and Wireless)
- Install and configure over 3000 network switches, 300 access points and 65 routers
- Monitor network and troubleshoot network problems at 65 sites
Firewall Management and URL filters
- Maintain firewall policy database and update as needed
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues to remote Internet sites
- Monitor and adjust web site access according to CIPA regulations
Telephone System
- Program and configure the Avaya telephone operating system
- Maintain telephone user account database
- Troubleshoot all telephone related issues
- Maintain Voicemail system
District File and Application Servers
- Maintain and configure User Access
- Provision data shares
- Backup files with enterprise backup solution
- Operating systems include: Windows, Netware, SUSE Linux, SUN Solaris, Mac OSX
- Database support for Oracle, MS-SQL, and Sybase.
Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Maintains DR site
- Tests DR solution

- Maintains over 3000 email accounts
