Partnerships impact student achievement...
Partner for student success!
Partnership Program
Our mission is to help create partnerships that ensure the academic success of
all children.
School-like Families & Family-like Schools
Complementary Learning
Schools cannot increase student achievement alone. Our community, families and schools must work together to ensure that all of our children are successful.
We must:
Collaborate and align our resources.
Create a web of opportunity to ensure that no child falls through the cracks.
Provide access to enriching opportunities for all children.
Promote success from birth through adolescence so all children who are entering and exiting our school system are ready.
-Harvard Family Research Project
"When families of all backgrounds are engaged in their children's learning, their children tend to do better in school, stay in school longer, and pursue higher education. Clearly, children at risk of failure or poor performance can profit from the extra support that engaged families and communities provide."
