Welcome to “Business Writing That Counts!” Online writing courses, a new component of the TPS Professional Excellence Program (PEP). These writing classes are open to all interested Staff. The cost is $50 per class. OPPTs and Paraeducators may charge the registration fee to their Professional Development funds (if available.) Others may use a personal credit card for payment.
Components to our online writing courses:
- Individualized, real-time feedback on final assignment(s) via email from a certified writing coach
- PEP credit in the Communications Component (OPPTs/Paras Only)
- One free retake of the final assignment per course
- Secure login, password, and expiration date information sent via email
- Final assignment report sent to system administrator for credit tracking
- Flexibility and 24/7 access (8 weeks from registration date to complete course)
- Writing Tips via email for a year!
