Pricing has changed as of February 2011 as we become more competitive for you. Please note that this pricing is valid only for our schools, departments and ASB funds. Due to this extremely low pricing, we cannot extend this offer beyond the school district itself. Our quick copy price (fully half of the jobs we print!) has dropped to .0108 cents per impression including paper! Color copy prices are down as we pass along the savings of our new color machine. You can also take a look at pricing on some of our common items such as business cards, letterheads and envelopes.

In order to understand our pricing, it is helpful to break our workflow down into 3 general areas: quick copy, color copy and regular copy. The quick copy category is the simplest to price.
Quick Copy
What is quick copy?
- 8.5 x 11
- Includes cost of 20# bond of any color
- May print on one or two sides of paper
- Can include staples
- Can be cut
- Can be 3 hole punched
How is quick copy priced?
Quick copy is priced at .0108 cent per impression (including paper)
(Note: a two sided original equals 2 impressions.) For example, 12 originals x 30 copies = 360 impressions.

Color Copy
What is color copy?
- Full color CMYK laser color prints one or two sides
- Can be folded, punched and stapled on the machine allowing for tri-fold brochures and booklets among other styles.
- Color images are best printed on quality white laser paper which has good opacity to reduce show through and a bright white, smooth surface.

How is color copy priced?
Color copy price is based on the cost of the color copy and the cost of the sheet of paper. The paper price plus the copy charge equals the total price.
Letter size color copy

What is a regular copy job?

How is regular copy priced?
Regular copy is priced by cost of materials and time. It is complicated by the various rates charged for each work station the job must go through. There is often more than one way to print a job. To estimate a regular copy job, you should contact P&G directly at 571-1170.
