Professional Services Roster

 The Planning & Construction department advertises in January of each year for Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for our professional services roster. There is no deadline for submittal, we accept submittals throughout the year.  The advantage of submittal early in the year is having a better chance for consideration for upcoming projects.

 We would like a brochure that includes the following for each category you wish to be considered.  However, if a category contains sub-categories, we need only one brochure for that category and the cover letter for the category should indicate the sub-categories for which you wish to be considered.  Brochures may be bound or book-stapled for easier handling with a front and back cover, there are no page limits.  The brochures must include the following:

1)  A table of contents

2) A company profile including a statement if the company has MWBE certification and/or any other certifications

3) Key personnel resumes or short bios with contact information (direct phone number or extension number, email address, and cell phone)

4) Relevant experience (this would include a short description of projects)

5) Company contact information including website address 

6) Letters of recommendation/references (optional)

E-mail ebolles@tacoma.k12.wa.us to get a mitigation fee payoff amount. Include in your E-mail request:
