Program Measures

 

 1. Discrimination  (cases): 

Complaints will be investigated and a finding provided within 30 workdays.

 2. Discrimination  (training):

Sexual harassment training, gender equity, cultural awareness training, and discrimination will be offered for all staff, students, parents and community groups in conjunction with staff and professional development department.

 3. Gender Equity:

Conduct required surveys; develop appropriate program
changes in conjunction with athletic department.

 4. Staff Diversity:

Identify areas of under-representation.

 5. Cultural Diversity:

Complete action plan for implementation of Superintendent's Commission on Diversity.
