ECEAP stands for Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program.  The program is funded by the State of Washington and is for age-eligible children from low-income families.  ECEAP has exciting preschool activities for children, including a meal (breakfast or lunch) and a snack.  The model in our district is Monday through Thursday, 2-1/2 hours per day (AM or PM session).  ECEAP involves the whole family and offers health, nutritional and social services support. We use research-based curriculum, with the goal of assuring that our students have the skills they need for success in kindergarten.  Parents/guardians are encouraged to be involved in monthly parent meetings, and as volunteers in the classroom.
